SKIMO: ADVANCED COURSE
Advance your learning in progression on untreated snow, climbing techniques on all types of slopes. Apply your knowledge and adapt your technique to descend safely and enjoyably.
Go one step further, progress in safety techniques and tools. Learn to move on the most technical terrain: shovels, ridges, corridors… let nothing stop you.
Get into the most winter mountaineering, equip yourself with ice axe, crampons, rope and harness to get to where you never thought you’d get on the snow.
You will discover a new world of sensations at a time that we consider special in the mountains, the white Pyrenees at your feet. Knowing how to assess the risk of avalanches helps us to know how to choose the right route.
What do we offer you?
Depending on your level we will find the routes that best suit you to facilitate your learning. We will not only move in the mountains, in the course also give theoretical classes on the material, the terrain through which we move and risk prevention.
